Scope

These terms govern the use of the mvp-it-solution.fr website and of the internal tools of MVP IT Solution, IT consulting and services, connected to Google APIs. On this page, "I" refers to MVP IT Solution.

By browsing the website, or by allowing these tools to access a Google account, you accept these terms. How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy, and the publisher of the website in the legal notice.

Using the website

The website presents my services; it is freely accessible, without an account. By using it, you agree not to:

• try to access non-public parts of the website or server;
• disrupt its operation, in particular through automated requests or submissions;
• use the contact form to send unlawful or promotional content, or content unrelated to a request.

Information on the website is provided for guidance only and is not a binding offer: only an accepted quote commits both parties.

Internal tools connected to Google APIs

These tools are not a service open to the public. They are reserved for MVP IT Solution and for clients with an ongoing engagement, and only act on a Google account once its owner has granted permission on Google's consent screen.

The actions they perform (creating or editing campaigns, publishing a tracking configuration, sending conversions, creating a calendar event) are carried out within the engagement agreed with the client. The client:

• remains the owner of their Google accounts and of the content they hold;
• remains responsible for complying with Google's rules (including Google Ads advertising policies) and for the lawfulness of the data they provide, for example informing their prospects before conversions are uploaded;
• can revoke access at any time from the "Third-party apps & services" page of their Google Account, which immediately stops the automated tasks.

Use of these tools is also subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and to the terms of each Google service concerned.

Intellectual property

The texts, visuals, logo and code of the website belong to MVP IT Solution. Any reproduction or reuse, even partial, requires my prior written consent.

The names, logos and trademarks of the clients and services mentioned, Google included, belong to their respective owners.

Liability

I do my best to keep the website available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability: it may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance. I am not responsible for the content of third-party websites it links to.

For the internal tools, commitments (scope, deadlines, budgets, expected results) are those of the quote or contract signed with the client. Advertising budgets are spent on the client's account, within the limits the client has approved, and billed directly by Google.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page; any change affecting the internal tools is announced to the clients concerned before it applies.
