Rarely. I always start by reviewing what you have, and only recommend replacing what poses a real risk.
Do you work on site?
Yes. Most of the work is done remotely, which means I can act fast; I come on site for installations, migrations and whenever the situation calls for it.
What if you are unavailable?
Everything is documented and you keep every access: nothing depends on me alone, and another provider could take over at any time.
